Through Hakata Ramen, we are a company that becomes friends with people all over the world, giving dreams and hope to young people and contributing to society First of all, Ikkosha Ramen is a ramen that likes Hakata Ramen, knows the culture of Hakata, knows the history of Hakata, and is created by artisans with the spirit of Hakata. I want to spread the real Hakata ramen made by the craftsmen to the world. And I can become a president even if I was yancha in the old days! I can go to the world. I want to convey that to the present young people. I want to give dreams and hope. And these young people go to the world, and convey the same thoughts and skills to people in poor countries. I thought that it would be a social contribution to create an environment where people can stand on their own through Hakata Ramen. And people with the same thought, and friends with the same purpose are like family. By expanding the ramen of Ikkosha around the world, I can make a circle of Ikkosha around the world. That is our wish & dream.
